Welcome to Lead Shikhari ("Platform"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our B2B lead aggregation marketplace. By registering an account as a Partner Mover, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by the following structural rules.
1. B2B Eligibility & Account Verification
Lead Shikhari operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. Accounts are reserved exclusively for professional logistical operators, packers, and movers. During onboarding, you agree to provide accurate registration attributes (including active operational mobile numbers and business identifiers). We reserve the right to suspend any account failing manual identification validation audits.
2. Nature of Service & Lead Capping
Our platform aggregates customer shifting inquiries and masks explicit identification properties until an absolute marketplace claim occurs. To protect system booking probabilities, each individual lead is capped at a maximum allocation of three (3) verified moving operators. Once three partners claim a slot, the entry locks and automatically drops out of the active marketplace pool.
3. Lead Allocation No-Guarantee Clause
Lead Shikhari provides raw consumer contact strings as an independent vendor asset. We explicitly do not guarantee a final closed commercial conversion booking, a successful price agreement, or client response conversion rates. The partner mover is solely responsible for engaging the customer, offering competitive logistical terms, and navigating standard business conversions.
4. Prepaid Balance Usage & Strict No-Sharing
Wallet balances added via authorized transactional routes are strictly locked to the primary account container. Partner accounts are strictly non-transferable. You are entirely prohibited from sharing, reselling, splitting, or distributing purchased client lead contacts to third-party moving logistics companies or unauthorized networks. Breach of this clause triggers immediate permanent platform termination without a balance credit recovery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Lead Shikhari shall not be liable for any operational losses, fuel expenses, property damages, or legal disputes that arise between the partner mover and the final end consumer during actual transit operations. Our liability is bounded strictly to platform structural availability and valid account configuration routing.
